The company was established in May 2021 and is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel,
with an additional office in the State of Maryland in the United States.

between $5-$30 million, targeting senior loans, special situation acquisitions,
1031 exchanges, and other recapitalization of income-generation real estate.

Ziv Sapir

Ziv Sapir is the CEO and co-founder of Volcano, Comrit and DataCom, has managed more than $5 billion in transactions

Ziv started his journey in the Alternative Funds industry in 2015 when he established Comrit, followed by the founding of Volcano in 2021 and Data Com in 2022.
These ventures have significantly contributed to his extensive experience in the field.

In addition to his role as CEO, Ziv holds the position of director and member of the investment committee at Comrit, Volcano, and Data Com, collaborating with IBI Investment House LTD.

With over two decades of experience as an investment manager, Ziv previously held the position of CIO at “Migdal Capital Market,” the biggest insurance company in Israel.

Ziv Sapir holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Economics from the esteemed International School of the Reichman University, along with a second degree in Law from Bar Ilan University.

Dave Lubetzky

Dave has served as CEO of IBI Investment House and as Chairman of IBI Portfolio Management since 2019. Dave has extensive experience in investment management for private and institutional clients and specializes in alternative investment instruments, and serves as the general director of the IBI alternative funds: CCF, SBL, Comrit, Volcano, Pillar, Polska, Quality, Lion, FOF and Evo.

Dave has many years of experience in pension planning and taxation aspects. he held a number of other positions in the IBI Group, including CEO of IBI Portfolio Management, Corporate and Institutional Client Manager, Chief Investment Officer of IBI Provident and Study Funds.

Education: BA in economics. He holds an investment management license issued by the Israel Securities Authority and a pension insurance agent license issued by the Ministry of Finance.

Iddo Kook

Iddo serves as the Chairman of IBI Investment House and as the Chairman of IBI Capital. He served as the Company CEO between 2011 and 2018 and has been involved in various fields in the capital market for over 25 years. He began his career as a stockbroker and has held a range of management positions at the IBI Group, in the investment management and brokerage fields.

Iddo holds an MBA and a BSc in life sciences from Tel Aviv University. He also holds an investment management license issued by the Israel Securities Authority.

Ittai began his career in the financial industry with E*TRADE Global Asset Management. There, he worked as part of a small team that managed a $15 billion fixed income portfolio for the bank. After four years working in the institutional setting, Ittai became a financial advisor in order to focus on private wealth management and provide consulting services to institutional investors. Ittai is the founder and CEO of ID Financial, LLC which provides advisory services to the IBI Volcano Fund regarding sourcing, structuring and financing bridge loans to real estate companies. With over 18 years of experience in capital markets and real estate transactions, Ittai’s creativity and out of the box thinking provides a unique approach to project financing.

Ittai graduated summa cum laude from Towson University with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, and he is also a Certified Financial Advisor, CFP®.
